Owned & Operated

New York is one of two markets where we own and operate everything ourselves — our vehicles, our chauffeurs, our dispatch. No broker sits in the middle, and nobody hands you to a company you have never heard of.

That matters more here than almost anywhere. Manhattan traffic punishes drivers who do not know it, airport access is genuinely complicated across three major fields, and the gap between a chauffeur who knows the city and one following an app is measured in missed meetings.

Drive times swing enormously by hour. A JFK to Midtown run that takes 45 minutes on a Sunday morning can take double that on a Thursday evening. We plan against the actual hour you are travelling and track your flight, so an early landing or a two-hour delay is handled without a call from you.

The Difference

Why Clients Book Us in New York

Manhattan is where most of our roadshow work happens. A typical day runs six to nine meetings across Midtown and Downtown, and the schedule only holds if the vehicle is staged near each location rather than re-dispatched between them.

For visiting executives, hourly hire is almost always the right call here. Parking is impossible, street hailing collapses the moment it rains, and a car waiting outside is worth more in New York than in most cities on earth.

Local Knowledge

What Catches Visitors Out

The things a chauffeur who works New York every day already knows.

01

Cross-town is slower than up-town

Moving east to west across Manhattan can take longer than travelling forty blocks north. Meeting schedules built without knowing this fall apart by mid-morning.

02

The crossings decide the journey

Choosing between the Lincoln, the Holland, the Queens-Midtown and the Ed Koch is the entire trip when you are heading to Newark or JFK.

03

Rain changes the city

Journey times climb sharply and rideshare availability collapses at exactly the moment everyone wants a car.

04

UN General Assembly week

Motorcades, rolling closures across Midtown East and security perimeters that move without notice. Travelling in late September means real buffer, and telling us early.

05

Curbside access is restricted

The correct pickup point is often around the corner from where you expect. Knowing which is the difference between a clean departure and a circling vehicle.

Questions

Chauffeur Service in New York — FAQ

How much does a chauffeur service cost in New York City?

Pricing depends on service type, vehicle class and duration rather than a fixed rate card. Airport transfers are quoted as a flat fare; hourly hire is quoted per hour with a three-hour minimum. Your quote is fixed at booking — no surge pricing, no adjustment on the day.

Which New York airport is best for reaching Manhattan?

LaGuardia is closest to Midtown at roughly nine miles but has limited long-haul service. JFK handles most international traffic at about sixteen miles out. Newark is a similar distance and often faster for the west side of Manhattan or New Jersey. For private aviation, Teterboro is the standard choice.

Do you provide meet and greet inside the terminal?

Yes, at JFK, LaGuardia and Newark. Your chauffeur waits in arrivals with a name board, assists with luggage and walks you to the vehicle. For international arrivals it removes the most stressful part of the trip.

Can you handle a full day of meetings across Manhattan?

Yes, and it is one of the things we do most here. For multi-stop days we recommend hourly hire with a dedicated chauffeur so the vehicle stages near each location rather than being re-dispatched.

How far in advance should I book?

For a standard transfer or hourly hire, a few days is usually enough. For Fashion Week, the UN General Assembly, the US Open, marathon weekend and the December holidays, book several weeks ahead — Manhattan chauffeured capacity is genuinely finite on those dates.

Do you serve New Jersey, Connecticut and Westchester?

Yes, across the full Tri-State area including Greenwich, Stamford, White Plains, Jersey City, Hoboken and the Hamptons. Intercity runs to Philadelphia, Boston and Washington D.C. are handled directly by us.
