Milan is Italy’s financial and fashion capital, and the only Italian city that genuinely runs on a business calendar. It also has three airports of very different character, and choosing the wrong one costs an hour.
Every Milan booking is taken, dispatched and invoiced by us — across all three airports, the centre, the fashion district and onward to the lakes and the Alps.
Late-model luxury vehicles, maintained to a single global standard.
Yukon Denali and similar high-capacity luxury SUVs.
Unrivalled comfort for VIPs and senior executives.
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with executive interiors.
Reliable, discreet transport for the professional traveller.
The global standard for multi-passenger executive travel.
Large-scale group logistics for corporate events.
Linate is only five miles from the centre and dramatically more convenient, though it handles mostly European traffic. Malpensa takes most long-haul at around thirty miles out. Bergamo is largely low-cost and similarly distant.
Finance and fashion drive the calendar. Fashion Weeks in February and September, the Salone del Mobile in April, and a steady flow of corporate travel through the Porta Nuova and CityLife districts.
The other constant is the lakes. Como, Maggiore and Garda are all comfortable transfers from Milan, and in summer those journeys are a significant share of our work here.
Duomo, Brera, Quadrilatero della Moda, Porta Nuova
CityLife, Porta Nuova, Assago, Bicocca
Fiera Milano Rho, MiCo, San Siro, Allianz Cloud
Como, Bellagio, Stresa, Lake Maggiore, Garda
Turin, Verona, Bologna, Genoa, Lugano
Cortina, Courmayeur, St Moritz via the passes
The things a chauffeur who works Milan every day already knows.
Five miles versus Malpensa’s thirty. Where your airline serves Linate, the saving is close to an hour each way.
Milan operates a congestion charge zone in the centre. Compliant vehicles and charges are handled within our quoted fare.
February and September commit hotels and vehicles across the city. These are the most constrained weeks of the Milan year.
The April design fair draws extraordinary numbers and affects accommodation as far out as the lakes.
The roads around Como and Maggiore are narrow and slow, particularly in summer. Journey times need realistic planning.

Typically 50 to 80 minutes for around thirty miles. Linate covers the same journey in 15 to 35 minutes, which is why the airport choice matters.
Airport transfers are quoted as a flat fare and hourly hire per hour with a three-hour minimum. Tolls, parking and Area C congestion charges are included.
