The vehicle is the easy part. Any operator can buy an S-Class. The difference between a chauffeur service and a car service is entirely the person behind the wheel.

Our Own People, Everywhere

Our chauffeurs work for us. We recruit them, train them and manage them directly in every market we operate, rather than booking whoever a local dispatch company happens to send. That is the only way a consistent standard survives crossing a border.

Selection

Every chauffeur has been through background screening and holds the licensing and endorsements required in their jurisdiction. We check driving history, not just criminal record — a clean licence over years matters more than a clean licence today.

Training

Professional chauffeuring is a skill set, and we train for it:

• Defensive driving. Smooth, anticipatory driving that a passenger can work or sleep through.
• Hospitality standards. Door protocol, luggage handling, cabin preparation, and knowing when conversation is welcome and when it is not.
• Route knowledge. Knowing which route is moving at 8am on a Tuesday, not just what the app says.
• Airport and FBO procedure. Terminal layouts, meet and greet protocol, and how private terminals differ from commercial ones.

Presentation

Business attire as standard. The vehicle arrives clean inside and out, prepared before the journey rather than between journeys.

Discretion and Confidentiality

Our chauffeurs sign confidentiality agreements. They are briefed that what is said or seen in the vehicle does not leave it — no discussion of who was carried, where they went, or what was said. For clients whose movements are sensitive, this is not a courtesy but a contractual requirement.

Continuity

Because chauffeurs are ours rather than allocated by a third party, continuity is possible. Clients who want the same chauffeur across a multi-day visit, a recurring weekly journey, or across years, can have one. Executive assistants booking for a principal can request the chauffeur their principal prefers.

Meeting Your Chauffeur

Before pickup you receive your chauffeur name, photograph and vehicle details by email and SMS, so you know exactly who is meeting you and what they are driving.
