Choosing the right vehicle is usually a question of passengers, luggage and the impression you need to make. Below is what each class actually holds — in practice, not in theory.

Business Class Sedan

Mercedes E-Class, BMW 5 Series, Cadillac XTS or similar

Up to 3 passengers, 2 large bags. The standard for day-to-day corporate travel and airport transfers. Discreet, comfortable and appropriate for almost any business context.

First Class Sedan

Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7 Series, Audi A8 or similar

Up to 3 passengers, 3 large bags. Noticeably quieter, with more rear legroom and better rear-seat working conditions. Specified for senior executives, principals and clients being hosted.

Executive SUV

Cadillac Escalade, Chevrolet Suburban, Lincoln Navigator, GMC Yukon Denali

Up to 6 passengers, up to 6 bags. The workhorse of American executive travel. Higher seating position, generous luggage capacity, and the practical choice for families, golf clubs, ski equipment and winter conditions.

Business Van / MPV

Mercedes V-Class, Mercedes Viano, Toyota Alphard

6 to 7 passengers, 6 to 7 bags. The global standard for small groups, particularly in Europe and Asia. Individual seating, easy conversation, and far more civilised than splitting a group across two sedans.

Executive Sprinter

Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, executive and jet configurations

8 to 14 passengers, up to 14 bags. Executive interiors with club seating, tables and power. Used for delegations, production crews, and groups arriving together from private aviation.

Stretch Limousines

Stretch sedan and stretch SUV

8 to 14 passengers, 3 to 4 bags. Occasion vehicles for weddings, proms, milestone celebrations and formal arrivals where the vehicle is part of the event.

Mini Coach and Motor Coach

24 to 56 passengers. Conference shuttles, wedding guest transfers, sponsor hospitality and event mass-arrival programmes, coordinated centrally.

Vehicles Vary by Country

What is standard in one market is unusual in another. A Mercedes V-Class is the executive default across Europe and Asia and comparatively rare in the United States; a Cadillac Escalade is the American equivalent and less common elsewhere. The classes above therefore describe a standard and a capacity rather than a guaranteed model.

When we confirm your booking, we tell you exactly which vehicles are available in that market. You can choose the one you want, or tell us your passenger and luggage count and we will recommend the right class. If a specific model matters to you, say so at the quote stage and we will confirm availability before you commit.

Fleet Standards

Vehicles across every market we operate are late-model and maintained on documented schedules, with vehicle age limits applied throughout. Because our teams are our own rather than subcontracted, those standards are set and enforced by the same organisation everywhere.
