We began as a chauffeur operation in two American cities and grew into a global service because our clients asked us to.

Where We Started

We own and operate our own fleets and chauffeurs in New York and Indianapolis. Not a brand licence, not a booking app — our vehicles, our people, our standards. Running those markets day to day is what taught us what actually goes wrong in this business, and how to stop it.

Why We Went Global

Clients who trusted us in New York started asking for Miami. Then London. Then Dubai. They did not want to research a new company, negotiate new terms and take a new risk in every city — they wanted the operation they already trusted to handle it.

So we built out. Today we run our own offices and teams in the markets we serve, which means the client experience does not change when the country does: you book with us, our team delivers the journey, and we invoice you directly.

One Company, End to End

Most global transport brands are booking layers. They take your reservation, pass it to a local company you have never heard of, and step out of the picture. When something goes wrong at two in the morning, you find out you are dealing with a stranger.

We do not work that way. Every booking runs on one platform, staffed by our own people, from the first quote to the final invoice. There is no dispatch broker in the middle, no handover, and no ambiguity about who is responsible. It is us, every time.

That structure is also why your details are not passed around a chain of operators — something corporate clients and private offices increasingly ask about, and rightly so.

What We Believe

Reliability is the luxury. The vehicle matters, but what clients are actually buying is the certainty that the car will be there, the chauffeur will be professional, and the price will be what was agreed.

Discretion is not optional. Our chauffeurs sign confidentiality agreements. Conversations in the back of the car stay there.

Accountability cannot be outsourced. A company that brokers your booking and steps away is selling you a phone number. We take responsibility for every journey we sell.
